Shipping and Handling - USA and Canada
At Stash Tea, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. Standard Delivery is shipped via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service.
Rush Delivery orders ship via UPS only and require a street address for delivery. Rush Delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or Canadian addresses.

Outside U.S. and Canada
For shipments outside the U.S. and Canada, please call Customer Service at 503-684-9725, weekdays from 8:30-4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) for shipping costs. If you prefer, you may contact us online. Please include the items you are considering ordering, so that we may calculate shipping costs for you.
We accept credit cards, U.S. money orders and JCB Japanese credit cards. Sorry, no personal checks. For examples on shipping and handling charges outside the U.S. and Canada, please see the International Shipping web page.
Return Policy
At Stash Tea our goal is your complete satisfaction. If within 60 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it for a prompt exchange or refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If there is an error with your order or items arrive damaged, please call Customer Service at 800-800-8327 or 503-684-9725. Our Customer Service department is open Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm Pacific Time.

All returns can be sent back to Stash Tea using our convenient pre-paid US Postal Service label. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your total refund. If you want to use a different carrier to return merchandise, please use the Return Label from the top of the packing slip to address your package, or mail to Stash Tea, 7204 SW Durham Rd, Ste. 200, Tigard, OR 97224.

Complete the form on the back of the packing slip, with reason for return and include it in the package with items to be returned.

Use original carton and packaging materials, if possible. Be certain that products are protected.
